1. General

• Zeenat Atelier reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• All content, images, designs, and products on this website are the property of Zeenat Atelier and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

2. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once full details and payment (for prepaid orders) are received.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, payment issues, or incorrect information provided.
• In case of cancellation, customers will be notified and refunded (where applicable).

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• International customers will see approximate prices in their local currency at checkout; however, all payments are charged in PKR.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (courier delays, customs clearance, etc.).
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted as per our official Return & Exchange Policy.
• Sale and customized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

6. Product Variation

• While we make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, slight variations in color, design, and detailing may occur.
• This is because even our machine embroidery and embellishments are done manually by artisans, and handwork in particular will naturally vary from piece to piece.
• Such variations are part of the uniqueness of each design and are not considered defects.

7. Liability

• Zeenat Atelier shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses once the product has been dispatched to the courier
• We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, unresponsive contact).

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
