Return & Exchange Policy
At Zeenat Atelier, every piece is crafted with care and attention. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, and we stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, please review the guidelines below.
Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)
- Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges/returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The size delivered is different from the size ordered.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and invoice.
- If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment (for prepaid orders). COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer.
- Sale items and customised pieces are not eligible for exchange or return unless the product is incorrect or defective.

International Orders
- Currently, Zeenat Atelier does not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer care team immediately at +923297310000 or reach out to us via instagram at @zeenatatelier.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or clearance processes in their country. Zeenat Atelier cannot be held liable for non-clearance or refusal to accept the parcel.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the exact product requested is unavailable for replacement.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been processed and shipped, our return and exchange policy applies.
- Zeenat Atelier reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, product unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
